Very poorly maintained, dingy, dirty, operated by unprofessional, unpleasant staff. Premium price for way below in all aspects of hospitality standards. For sure I will Recommend for everyone reading this NOT TO Waste their Money or nerves on booking this atrocity of accommodation! Overflowing bins met by unsecured easily accessible rat poison- beware with young kids and pets. Dirt and grim, bugs, followed by dust bunnies and cobwebs in every corner- not recommend if you've allergies or God forbid- asthma! Broken/ non working equipment stationed although... hot to cold showers in seconds during skiing season not ideal either. Unless you're willing to drive everywhere- (that's if you'll find somewhere to park you car in the first place) you'll be out a small fortune on taxis. Shame!

AC not cleaned since last year probably. The bed had to be put together again after the first night. The fridge only freezes, no chilling it's just broken. The stove works only on 1 field. The wood on 6th floor balcony is so rotten a heavier person would easily break through in some spots. This is their largest most expensive apartment in this location...

Give a wide berth! The offer was to include a swimming pool included in the price, satellite channels, kitchen equipment, check-in from 2 p.m., and WiFi in the room. On site, it turned out that the swimming pool had an additional fee, the TV without a decoder, and incomplete sets of towels and bed linen. Broken sofa. Check-in from 4 p.m., WiFi from a router from another apartment, damaged shower door, or rather half of it missing, which results in flooding and problems with bathing freely. No reaction from the caretaker of apartment 114! No response to submitted comments. At this price, there are many better locations in the area with better amenities. I do not recommend!!

Reply to owner's comment: The local office was not working on the weekend, any reservations had to be reported within 2 hours of receiving the keys, where it is logical that it is not possible to check the functionality of all equipment and the premises for two hours. The regulations posted in the room indicate that unjustified contact to the provided telephone number resulted in a financial penalty; the guest is unable to determine when the owner will consider the contact unjustified. 1. Dirty pillow. The radiator in the room was cold, so the temperature in the room was well below normal. The same applies to the water in the shower - the stream is weak and the water set to max is still slightly warm. TV - screen would freeze every minute, no WiFi access. The bathroom door is stained with wax. The alarm in the main door of the "apartment" went off 2-3 times each time I left and each time I entered the room, despite the card being present. No parking spaces for all rooms. Poor markings on buildings, especially difficult to see late in the evening. The elevator in one of the buildings was not working, so you had to carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. Additionally, there are regulations and rules of stay that may charge the tenant financially even for calling the owner, about which the client is not informed in advance. I do not recommend.
